2024 Souvenir Pin

Our 2024 pin recognizes two important anniversaries.  The first is the 68^th Anniversary of our Games; the second is the 50^th Anniversary of our host Pipe Band, the Grandfather Mountain Highlanders.  Beginning with their founding by Harvey Ritch in 1974, the Grandfather Mountain Highlanders have maintained the closest of relationships with the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games.  The Games treasures this relationship and we are proud to continue our support of this excellent organization under the leadership of Pipe Major Gordon Warburton.  The band maintains a Grade 4 competition unit, as well as a Grade 5 competition band under the name of the Harvey Ritch Memorial Pipe Band.
